Inside the plastic tent.  Note, all the side panels are removed to allow ventilation otherwise it would
have been a greenhouse!
After the first dance "My Love" by Paul McCartney, I invited the rest of the wedding party onto
the floor and mixed into some great dance songs.  That was the start of a great wedding
reception that didn't stop until hours later.
I even got them doing a group dance - the
Cha Cha Slide!!!  It was a blast and
everyone loved it.

So, can you get them dancing, Richard?
That is often the #1 question, but the answer is easy - YES!!!  Having been a DJ for so long I know
all the tricks to get a party going and make sure that everyone, from the smallest kids right through
to beloved Grandma and Grandpa will get out on the dance floor and have a great time.  That's why
you book a good DJ and not some inexperienced cowboy using an ipod and Radio Shack speakers.
We are all about the entertainment and making the party fun for your guests.

The photos below were all taken at a wedding in Orange County, California on Sunday, April 27th -
the marriage of Tony & Roxane.  We met several times with Tony and Roxane prior to the reception
to address their concerns: would their guests dance?  After all they were a wide range of ages, from
6 to 80+, and they came from vastly different backgrounds and countries, including Peru, Spain,
Bolivia and California.  Could we please all of them?

Plus, we were set up inside a vast clear plastic tent on the hottest day of the year so far - 96F!!!
Inside the tent it was 110+!  The first thing that my assistants and I did - with the permission of the
Bride & Groom was to take down the side panels to allow a breeze to come through.  That wasn't our
job but we wanted the party to work and we're always willing to pitch in to make the event as good as
it can be.  And as the slight breeze sighed through the tent the dancing started - and didn't finish
until way after the Bride & Groom slipped away to start their honeymoon.
